Our Founders
ALIANA YEE and ALICIA YEE
We are twin sisters and juniors at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Virginia. Don’t be fooled by our age—our experience spans advanced coursework in Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Mobile App Design, and AP Computer Science, along with several years on a world award-winning robotics team, where we gained expertise in robotics automation, 3D printing, and outreach marketing.
We also completed internships at Temple University Medical School and in private industry, developing smartphone-based 3D scanning apps for medical applications, including wound monitoring. With guidance from our entrepreneur family members, practicing audiologists, and a world-renowned audiology professor from University of Vanderbilt, we strengthened InnovEar’s technical design and clinical relevance.
Our combined skills, mentorship, and family motivation uniquely position us to advance accessible, personalized hearing technology.
